In a post on Playstation Blog, the CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment America, Shawn Layden said:
“In an effort to meet the considerable worldwide demand, and to ensure that all gamers worldwide have the opportunity to play the game on day one, we have chosen to postpone the launch of the game by two weeks to allow for extra manufacturing time.”
Creative director and writer on Uncharted 4, Neil Druckmann had this to say:
This’ll make for a smooth worldwide launch. Thanks for your patience… It’ll be worth it at the end. Promise. https://t.co/UZwCjFEDIW
